As General Manager of Sterling Equipment Mark has been in charge of Rental and Sales of Marine Construction Equipment and Heavy Civil Equipment over the past twelve years. He has also acted as Project Manager for several Specialized Projects that Sterling Equipment has performed. Mark has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Limerick. He has completed a 40 hour OSHA construction safety and health training course.

Dave has over 25 years experience in the marine industry.  He is responsible for rental and marketing of our barges and other equipment as well as finding new business opportunities.  He is a licensed tug captain with operational experience in the Mid Atlantic States and New England.

Brad also oversees all shipyard repairs and new construction projects. He has over 10 years’ experience in the marine industry. He is certified as a competent person/ confined space entry, 40 HR HAZWOPER and holds a certificate as a Dock Master.
